OSU Tailgate Theme Chili Cook Off

Registration & Fees
Pre-register on website - $20.00 Please provide your name to the registrar at the door.
Register at the door - $25.00
All money will be collected at the door.

All-you-can-eat bowl of chili to eat (prize winning or not!) - $5.00
Bowls, spoons, and napkins will be provided.
Along with your bowl of chili, you will receive a ballot to vote on The People's Choice Chili Award.
The winner will receive at $10 gift card.

Official Rules & Regulations
1. All ingredients must be precooked before event. Chili is to be brought in ready to eat.
2. Any meat used or combination of meats must be listed with a sign in front of your chili.
3. Meat must be Beef, Pork, Lamb, Chicken, or Turkey.
4. If peanut oil or other peanut products are used, you must display a warning sign for allergy purposes.
5. Contestants will be responsible for supplying their own utensils, and maintain proper temperature for tasting. (Electric outlet will be provided.)
6. Each contestant must cook a 4-quart minimum. Standard crock pot is recommended.
7. Each contestant will be assigned a number.
8. The decision of the judges is final.

In this competition, the chili will be blind judged. The judges will not know the identity of the cooks.
SCORE CARDS will be based on the following, with 1 being the lowest and 7 being the highest:

AWARDS CEREMONY - 2:30 P.M.
1st Prize: $50, Trophy, 1st place chili apron & chef's hat
2nd Prize: $20 gift card, 2nd place chili apron & chef's hat
3rd Prize: $10 gift card, 3rd place chili apron & chef's hat
A 50/50 drawing will be held after the awards ceremony.
