Dance area depends on table setup. There is also a commercial kitchen available for use (range, oven, etc.)  for a small additional fee. (No fee for use of kitchen to simply stage food.)  Please keep in mind that there is no alcohol consumption permitted in the building or on the property.

Lancaster Masonic Temple is a no-smoking facility. This includes vaping and all tobacco products.

Accessibility & Parking

Picture
The Temple building is partially handicapped/wheelchair accessible.  The two parking spaces in the rear lot on either side of the southeast door are handicapped spaces.  There is no ramp (yet) to the door, but it is a shallow step of about six (6) inches rise, and can be managed with assistance.  We do have a portable ramp than can be deployed if needed.

Inside, there is a wheelchair accessible restroom just off the dining hall.

Picture
The Temple has a small 36-space parking lot behind the building which includes two (2) handicap spaces. Parking is accessed from Pearl Street behind the lodge.  Due to the physical constraints of the parking lot entrance, nothing larger than a 15' truck can safely access the lot.

In addition to the lot behind the temple, there is free unrestricted street parking on High Street in front of the building as well as the surrounding streets.

Fee Schedule

$400.00 per day Events 8 hours or more
$100 for 2 hours $75 for each additional hour

Local charitable non-profits may be eligible for a reduced rate.  Please contact the Temple Office for more information. Members of the Masonic fraternity and its appendant Bodies are entitled to a reduced rate.

Since the Temple is actively used by five Masonic bodies, rentals must be scheduled around the Masonic calendar.  The facility is therefore not available on any Tuesday evening, or the third Monday evening of every month.

The current rental fees are a flat daily rate, regardless of the number of hours for which the facility is rented. If additional time is needed a day prior for event set-up, this may incur a charge for an extra day, depending on how much time is needed. Please contact the Lodge for more information.

Fee schedule updated 9/1/2024, Lancaster Temple Trustees.
